I'm sorry that I have to post this information but it seems at least once a week this is happening somewhere. Last April I attended an all day training by the Department of Homeland Security on Active Shooter. Here is a link to some important information that you should share with family and friends.

Awsome link Gary, thanks to being trained by you starting at an early age and then working in security in an environment were chaos was the norm. To this very day I apply most of these guidelines when I walk into an unfamilliar place. I have to admit sometimes being on high alert makes me think I'm a little to high stung but I cant even buy footwear without thinking how well they will function in a BAD situation. The fact of the matter is this is the current state of affairs we are exposed to EVERYDAY.
